Our nursery strives every day to deliver the best quality to our customers. With every purchase we give appropriate advice for planting, use and care of your products. That is why we have a quality guarantee on every product in our range.

What does our quality guarantee mean?

If upon delivery it turns out that the quality is insufficient, you can immediately contact our customer service via info@puurvantveld.be. Please attach some pictures so that we can diagnose the quality problem. We will then ensure that we make an appropriate arrangement in consultation with you. Problems must always be reported max. 24 hours after arrival of your order.

If you follow our tips and advice, there should normally be no problems with further growth or flowering. Unfortunately, we cannot ensure that you perform the correct actions and/or that external effects would be present  and therefore we cannot guarantee further growth and flowering. Replacement/refund is hereby  Unfortunately impossible.
